  Reasonable prices, helpful crew, timely. Even though they were busy, I was able to get my car back same day. Pure workhorses.

  He took care of my car problem. I had to have my water pump replaced. They gave me a ride home. I was pleased with what they did. Price was competitive

  I am reviewing a service done on a 2017 Lincoln MKC. This was done back in November. The check engine light was on. The mechanic said we needed new spark plugs and wires. This is my daughter’s car and when she drove back to Chicago the check engine light came back on. I called Tuffy to let them know. She brought It to a mechanic in Chicago and found out that a gasket was broken and anti freeze was in the oil and the engine needs to be replaced. The spark plugs were a complete waste of money.
