  Paid norms 4500 to rebuild the top end of my engine, asked him to check the bottom end aswell, he said "its good those never go bad", 4 thousand miles later the bottom end started making noise, I sent it back to him it sat for 2 months before he looked at it and sent it back to me with a hole through the block, said nothing he could do except put in a used engine for an additional 9500,absolutely terrible experience

  Diagnostics from other shops told us it was the transmission and wasn't worth a fix. Norm let us know the same day we dropped it off that he wanted to try his hand at rewiring a lot of the systems before counting it out. He took his time and even drove her over a couple of days to ensure she ran a couple cycles before letting us have it back. The car runs great. Thank you, Norm!
