  I personally recommend Mr. Rich H Nice bilingual speaking I has problems with my truck and he were nice on help me out not only technically.

  Rich N. at AutoZone was really helpful both times I came in. The first time, he helped me find the right oil for my car for an oil change, which made things a lot easier. The second time, he helped me return an old battery. He was friendly, made conversation, and stayed polite the whole time. Overall, just a great experience!

  I exclusively shop with AutoZone. Always. Like every other experience... this was no different. Great service. Ive lived in three different states and the service level is always consistent. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and, as silly as this sounds... they always help me install my wiper blades. I never seem to get it right. I also like their battery service and warranty. Unless their level of service tanks, they have a customer for life.

  If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I want to praise the associate, Rich, for helping us with the battery with how complex it was. He spent time to get it on properly, greased, and all. An amazing person and amazing at his job! Autozone, give this guy a raise! Please!

  Had to buy lightbulbs for my headlights for the first time and Rich was so helpful with what bulbs and even did a quick insulation!
