- KSKayla StempowskiDec 14, 20251.0Just stopped in there about 30 minutes ago & I just knew I should have stopped at Love's instead. I only decided to stop here because they have the pre-made subs but I needed gas. So I ask for 20 on pump 3. Go out to pump my gas but it wouldn't work. I tried for quite some time before going back in to tell someone. I go in, and I explain that the gas is not coming out. The two girls who work at subway went behind counter to check it out. The girl who must be like the shift leader, who was doing Cinnabon duty, yells to them to reauthorize it, but it was still "pumping" it said. The one girl said she could transfer it to a different pump and I said that works, not a problem but then the shift leader, with dark brownish black hair braided, with the teeth that look like she drinks a bunch of coffee and smokes a bunch of cigarettes comes over with an extreme attitude saying "its pumping, it's cold so its coming out slow" and im just trying to explain it literally wasnt coming out at all. I even pulled the pump out and pressed on it to see if anything was coming out, and it wasn't. So I just say so what do I do about this if its apparently pumping but its not and she says "well you can just hang it up and wait for it to go back on your card" no solution. No nothing. No switching to a different pump. So i asked her why nobody will at least look at it instead standing there and doing nothing but insisting its working. Because she was adamant that IT WAS PUMPING. So she tells the maintenance man to come out and look at it and so I go out and wait for him and I pulled the pump out and pressed on it to show him nothing was coming out and he yells "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?!!" Like literally just do your job. Look at the damn pump. Maybe put an put of order sign on it if you cant do anything else 💁🏼♀️ so I hung it up & left and will never return back because that entire experience was absolutely unpleasant and probably the worst customer service I have seen in a long time. & quite frankly, if you dont want to do the customer service part of your job, then why be in customer service?

Shout out to Christine who didn't freak out when I asked for a manager just to compliment their bathrooms. I hope you have many road trips in your future! Canadians - definitely stop here if you're traveling cross-border.
