They have had my car for 3 weeks with several days with no action because "the manager was off and couldnt give approvals for parts" also because "it needs programming which needs time". You can't even get a call back from a manager who can give answers. The repair should have taken a week but it has been there three weeks. Do not take your car there.

It was ready when promised and a nice touch was a cover for the steering wheel and paper mat on floor was in place to help keep interior clean and smudge free. The repaired area looks perfect, like pre accident but shiny clean. I put them in my contact list....a number I may again need or have no pause in giving it out.
