- DSDella SimmonsDec 14, 20252.0The tall African American tried to sell me windshield wipers for $24.99, when I said at the beginning I want the cheapest ones. I asked again for the cheapest windshield wipers, and he pretended to be searching. I know for a fact he's been there some years. He is not a new employee. Then the newer employee came from behind the counter & said yes we do. Then the older employee said" oh yes here they are". I was insulted for 2 reasons, 1. Not listening to a woman/ customer. Take your pick!! 2. For insulting my intelligence, because I knew it was cheaper windshield wipers. I paid $14.99 a pair. I will start back going to Auto Zone or O'reilly's Auto.

- RWRaymond WongJul 23, 20255.0Bob and Steve are absolutely top notch guys. Bob went the extra mile to help me diagnose an issue with my battery that required me jumping my car every morning. Knows exactly what he's talking about. My AGM battery would not charge above 12.4V disconnected which is not normal (spec sheet specifies 12.8V), and had a false surface charge that tricks the battery tester. Can't recommend this location enough when these guys are around!

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
