So to start they did NOT even tell me that they were out of some of the things included in an oil change.! They did not have the windshield washer fluid to refill, they did not check my lights, they did not check the air in my tires, did not show me the air filter, they did NOT even have receipt paper to give me a receipt, and to make it even better they never gave me a return sticker to say when I was supposed to come back for my next oil change. The only thing they did was change the actual oil filter and put oil from a pump (so who knows what they even put in my truck) into the motor. Then charged me $99.! Needless to say I am NOT HAPPY with this location.!

Justin was the mechanic who helped me and he was very knowledgeable and personable! He explained everything that he was doing throughly and even printed out an updated maintenance form for the services my car needs with prices and explanations of everything! Highly recommend the Shelby township location! I didn’t get the other two mechanics names who were working with Justin but they were very nice too!!
