- MCMatthew ComerfordFeb 7, 20261.0I do not recommend Jiffy Lube at 14050 23 Mile Road. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Without asking for permission, they removed my glovebox to check the cabin air filter and broke the glovebox arm. They did not tell me it was broken. I discovered the damage before leaving and confronted them. They admitted it was broken and agreed they must have caused it, since I had opened the glovebox earlier to show them information from the owner’s manual. They promised to order the part and fix it. A month later, nothing has been done. After multiple follow-ups, the manager admitted last week that the part was never ordered. Today, the manager refused to speak with me. This is unacceptable customer service.
