He found the 2 screws that were supposed to be holding up some brake fluid thing as it was just hanging there and he fixed that. He installed a wiper blade I couldn't figure out how to replace. And he pointed out something that had leaked into my air filter which he took out to show me. Sir, you are what every employee should model themselves after.
