  I have never posted a review before but had to tonight. I was trying to change the headlight bulb in my truck and ran into difficulty when a part fell out and I couldn’t figure out how to get it back in place. I drove up to this Auto Zone and the gentleman working helped me out including removing my wiper fluid tank and finishing the bulb replacement. He would not accept any payment either. He totally saved me, as I have to drive quite a bit through the possible upcoming snow storm. Thank you Saint Joseph Auto Zone!!

  I just wanted to send a thank you note to the store manager: Brett Hadley , who pointed me in the right direction to get battery changed in our 2014 Acura MDX. He took the time, and gave me the number and address, of a great mechanic in the area. We were on vacation at St Joseph Michigan, where we have been coming up for 7 - 10 years. He sent me to Enders Auto Repair, where Terry and his wife, got me in ASAP, and made the change that needed to be made, and got me on my way back to the beach with my family!!!!!!!!!!!!! If Brett had not taken the time, to help me, I might have missed the whole day at the beach with my family. I never do reviews, and this if my first. Thought Brett and the Auto Zone Team, deserved a Great Review for helping a family on vacation get out of a jam. Thank you again Brett Mikey from Kentucky

  One of the best auto zones I've been to in the history of going to auto zone and I'm so thankful Robbie and Amber for all their help So if you ever in the area stop at this autozone these guys are the best they will make sure you are took care of 💋💅⚘🥰😘

  Gary Smith was a big help!! We had some car trouble, & Gary helped us out big time!! He was very generous & insisted to check everything on my car to make sure we were safe for our trip. Thank you & he recommended we visit Autozine when we get back. He truly loves his job!
