Came in next day sat jan10th they discovered weights were not on wheel the I purchased a alignment which they said was needed 180$ when they were done i came outside to get vehicle i noticed scratches on the new wheels defects on the finish that weren't there previously because I washed the car night before showed the employee oil on my quarter panel unacceptable was told to come in Monday to talk to Kevin store manager.

They were very patient and kind. They were able to fix my tire and do a wheel alignment in a very reasonable time. This happened on New Years Eve so that was amazing! They are better than my dealership>

He went out to my car to look at the tire and check their inventory to make sure they had the correct replace. Rich told me they had the tire applicable to my vehicle and would get it changed. 2 hours later Rich indicates their product inventory has been mislabeled and explicitly tells me they do not have the tire in stock that he assured me was there two hours ago. After waiting an additional 7 hours the “correct” tire was delivered and placed on the vehicle. Moreover, the preceding alignment done at this location left my car worse than when it arrived and because I didn’t pay the extra fee for multiple alignments, they wanted to charge me again to correct their mistake. What a scam and very unprofessional.
