- LWLisa WittSep 17, 20251.0Terrible service. My daughter came in to have her car battery tested. This is her first car so she doesn’t have a lot of experience. The employee that worked on her ( white, mid to late 20’s, wearing a choker) told her she needs to get someone to take the battery out before she can test it. The battery is not in a strange place. She had a very unpleasant demeanor and pretty much scolded my daughter. My daughter left in tears not sure what to do. This is unacceptable customer service. She is going to O Reilly.

We went up to AutoZone yesterday (my husband and I) & my husband confronted Chuck about his lying and told us to get out of "his store" and then called the SCS police. He was not threatened with violence or anything but called the Police anyways. I firsthand witness what a liar this man is. He pretty much told my husband the reason he didn't get hired at his store because he knew "2 much."
