I am a senior, taking care of my car by myself and was especially pleased that the men treated me with utmost respect and kindness. I think everyone who serves seniors could use a lesson in those skills and know that you are greatly appreciated when you help us. It's not an easy situation to be in, elderly, alone and sometimes failing.
