  They scratched my new truck and wouldn't pay for it! I made a claim with them after noticing a scratch down the entire side of my truck into the bed right after getting out of a wash when i went to wipe it down. They reviewed the claim and said there was no way they did it. I asked to see the camera footage they used to assess the claim and the general manager, Denielle, said she wouldn't show it to me and I would need a warrant or subpoena in order to see it. I said if the scratch was there when I pulled in then showing me the camera footage would prove that they didn't do it, if they didn't, and she still said she wouldn't show it to me. I recommend you don't go here!!!

  I have has a membership here on a couple different vehicles over the past could have months and it is by far the best quality wash around. It’s like that for each of the tri cities too, a good wash. Tommy’s down the road is struggling with their staff and service. I recommend this over the Tommy’s

  It smells extremely bad, I have a smart windshield and the arm to let me in never works but works at all other locations. The never spray off your car. The sprays in the carwash dont work half the time. The last window roller cloth thing never hits the windshield or isn’t working. But the awful smell of the water makes me sick to my stomach.
