- DMdebi miramontesApr 18, 20261.0Zero stars. Reserved a vehicle weeks in advance, put a cc down, got there on scheduled day and was told it would be an extra $300. Wouldn't accept my debit card, wouldn't accept two credit cards, completely misleading and I do not recommend to ANYONE.

- SPS PApr 10, 20262.0I made a reservation the night prior. Booked a midsize SUV for 3 days. Went to pick up early this morning and they could only offer me 2 midsize sedans. The excuse was that someone picked up the last suv the night before. Which doesn’t make sense seeing that they close at 6pm. I was given 10% off as accommodation, the guy helping me out said I already had 15%. I had 15% due to their own promotion. If anything I should’ve been upgraded or informed by email that selection was no longer available. It’s no point in booking anything here when it seems like everything is on first come first serve basis. Also, people who drive suvs daily sit higher up so driving feels weird in a car that sits lower to the ground. And I needed that extra space due to traveling with teenagers. If I had more time before having to travel I would’ve canceled the reservation all together. I work in hospitality, accommodating customers is a real thing especially when the screw up is on the service provider. First time booking a rental and it wil be my last time booking here.
