It was very busy when I went and they went out of their way to do light checks in line just to speed up the process so we wouldn’t have to wait too long. I was told they’re under new ownership and it shows. I will definitely be coming back!

They tend to work through the cars quickly and you will not wait too long even with a long line. They have one bathroom off to the side in case you need to use it. Had a coolant flush done, and it was about twenty minutes. I usually go for oil changes and they are fairly quick.

They took forever then came to tell me my vehicle has a small leak, which it never has there has never been oil in my driveway. Then the work calls one of the guys to go under my car they are talking for 10 minutes to come back and say it now has a sever leak! Oil is now just running out of my vehicle and they refuse to take responsibility! Trying to say that it was already leaking when I know for a fact that it was not! People work too hard to loose money because a company is incompetent and cant own up to their mistakes!
- MNMegan NobisOct 28, 20251.0If I could leave a no star I would. I have proof they caused damage to our car but they have fabricated multiple stories asst manager and manager to place fault in us. But we have proof from Serra Chevrolet they put in wrong parts that caused damage. I have attached pictures to reflect the wrong cabin air filter ( small one they inserted, large one is one my vehicle actually takes). Now our blower motor is damaged and needs repair. Also our oil filter crushed due to not ensuring the core support was in place. Also over torqued our oil filter and snapped our oil cap. Manager hung up on us for standing our ground because they denied claim. area manager not returning call or emails yet with no guarantee they will as Valvoline doesn’t require them to respond to an appeal of decision!
