  Everyone is very nice and helpful here. They go through the big things you want to watch on your vehicle and break it all down. Caleb the manager is very nice and the assistant manager Kestler was extremely helpful with everything. He helped me understand multiple issues with my vehicle and how they could help, the hazards, how extreme it is at the moment and whether it’s a necessary fix. There’s always that saying to not trust mechanics but I always come here and they are always helpful and honest.

  Excellent service! A huge 360° from my last experience. I’m glad I gave this location a second chance because I was denied service last time I visited. I was told I had a SEVERE engine leak and because of that I had waited in a lengthy line of vehicles for absolutely nothing. This time I had three knowledgeable technicians working on my vehicle. I explained my experience the last time and was told that the old manager had a tendency to turn people away for severe leaks. Also I would like to add that I completely agree with that standard, however my engine leak was not severe, and still isn’t. I have a rear main seal leak on a 2008 Toyota with over 250,000 miles on it. Original everything…. Of course I have a leak, but it certainly isn’t severe. The technicians this time validated my frustration from my prior experience and mentioned that even since my last visit I was only maybe a quart low. I was almost 6000 miles over because I needed an oil change the last time I visited and hadn’t had one since I was denied. If I had a severe engine leak, I don’t think I’d be just a quart low and still driving daily without topping my oil off regularly. ANYWAYS….. Savien I believe his name is, was GREAT. The manager also came and spoke with us and introduced himself and the other gentleman was very polite and helpful. I’m embarrassed I don’t remember their names, but Savien is hard to forget. All around very happy and will be coming back so as long as those three are still there doing good business.

  Always get my oil change done here, the crew is fantastic and always very nice to me as getting my oil changed can feel overwhelming and they always make me feel comfortable here!!! Highly recommend this location!

  Fit my work truck in and worked with Enterprise on the fleet vehicle to advocate for the things that I needed to have done. Caleb, I believe the fleet manager, at Valvoline helped out a lot! Always a long wait but its for a reason! Also, I believe her name is Grace, she always has a fantastic attitude no matter the time of day I am in this shop no matter how busy they are or how long the day has been. 10/10!

  I’ve been going here for many years and want to say how much I enjoy coming here. The staff is always friendly and helpful, never pushy. I can honestly say I’ve always had a positive experience here. I will not go anywhere else, because I trust them. They’ve helped me in a pinch when I needed help putting air in my tire snd felt dumb for not being able to figure it out on my own but they made me feel sooo much better. I only have positive things to say, they are truly the best.
