  Very easy to work with!! Showed up later than I ever would to a tire shop and stayed after to make sure I would have my car back and ready to go! Justina was so nice on the phone and quick to work with here.

  I needed the splash guard on my car replaced. Bought the replacement part online and brought it in for them to install. They did the work at no charge! Not even labor. Compared to many places that try to get as much money out of you as possible, that’s amazing. They didn’t need to do that, but they did. Great customer service! Thanks, Tuffy!

  Traveling out of state and came down a road that had major construction. Unfortunately I ran over a huge nail and this Tuffy location was the first recommended by Google. I pulled in, they immediately came out to grab the car, made sure I knew all options for my issue. After 15 minutes my car was in the air and I was back on the road in no time. They were so nice and informative. The price to fix was very economical also so if you are ever in they Bay Rd Area of Saginaw,Mi You will not go wrong with this location. KRP Approved. 🏁👑

  Scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, and ordered the tires last week. Tires were supposed to be in on Monday. Person confirmed appointment over the phone. Got there for appointment and they couldn’t help me.. blamed their ability to follow schedule on their shipping company and said I’d most likely have to come back another day because they can’t make any promises to keep a schedule.. I work for a living and lined this up on my day off for a reason.. I simply went next door to Monroe tire. The gentleman there pulled my car in their bay right away and is already installing the same tire “tuffy can’t stock” or seem to even order for themselves. Go to Monroe tire instead.

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! The workers here are incompetent and the manager is a liar. I went in for a wheel alignment, and they told me an alignment wasn’t needed but instead I needed new brake pads, rotors, and control arm. I stupidly trusted this place. They NOT ONCE aligned my wheels, even though they documented that they did, after they did all the front body work and when I asked EVERY TIME! I had to go back like 10 times (not even exaggerating) because the control arm fell off, a new thumping noise started to happen, and the brakes continued to squeak. They did fix the control arm and the company who supplied the part paid for another issue. I asked if it was the rotors that was causing the squeak, and they told me no it’s the pads. They told me the thumping was the struts, so they convinced me to get those fixed. By the time they finished “fixing” my car, it was underivable and it ruined my BRAND NEW tires. I brought it to another mechanic to check the alignment, and it was so far out of alignment he told me that it looks like it wasn’t ever aligned from the get go. I honestly believe the only issue was the alignment, but I was lied to and taken advantage of. I contacted management, Mavis, about this, and they were very apologetic and refunded me for the cost of tires and alignment. They told me to go to the Gratiot Rd location to get my brakes fixed. I wish I went there from the get go. Guess what was wrong? The rotors were bad! The guys there are so much nicer and aren’t trying to rip you off. I 100% believe Joe (the manager) saw a young female and figured he could scam me out of money. I wasn’t listened to because I’m a female. I was also told by the Gratiot location that they get people who went here all the time fixing their mistakes. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
