- LLLucyJan 27, 20261.0This place messed up our car every single time we went through. It comes out with a ton of scratches and huge chips of paint missing. This is a newer car also. Like 5 yrs old. We told them and they didn’t care at all. It had swirly scratches all over it. And just so we knew it was them we took pictures before we went through and after. Which also took off huge chips of paint from the car. Go somewhere else. Fast eddies is wonderful plus if you sign up you get as many free car washes as you want and you get $30 off your oil change every 3 months or whenever you get it done. DONT TRUST THEM!!!!!

I drove in and a locking hitch pin was in my bed, they stopped the wash, took it out and never gave it back to me. I’ve also been running into other issues like the tire shine not working or it smelling van tan the tunnel or vacuums not working properly. I’ve had employees be straight up rude. Just a whole bunch of stuff that I’ve never had trouble with at any other Tommy’s. If you’re in the Saginaw area and looking for a wash membership, go over to the Mister. Better service, better wash.
