- ZCZachary CooperJan 5, 20261.0Glass broke again 2 weeks later. Safelite refused to replace. It appears the glass they use is cheap and not oem even though they claim it is. Edit: they replied and doubled down, keep this is mind when you buy from them, they will pass the buck onto their 'vendors' instead of standing by their work and honoring their warranty.

They didn't recieve my part in time for my appointment so they gave me a call and got me rescheduled at my earliest convenience. I ended up going to the shop because the weather had been so bad.
