Upon digging into the situation I found that they didn’t even hook up the ball joint to the control arm. Best I can say is they replaced the axles but didn’t verify their work. At least I made it home. Wish they would have left the nut on it at least
- KTKelly ToJan 29, 20261.0CAUTION IF YOU VISIT. Oil change took 2 hours when had an appointment and was one of 2 people there. When I left my tire sensors were not working which was ironic as when I had arrived a lady was talking to then about her tire sensors which stopped working when she was there. I called when I got home and they said they would check it out. However upon arrival I was immediately told im not getting anything for free. I never wanted anything for free I wanted to see if they needed to be reset. They then tried to sell me 4 tire sensor for $240. Terrible customer service. Seemed to be very shady upsetting process.
