My wife made a reservation for a 7 person vehicle more than a week before our intended pick-up date. Reservation was confirmed in the app. Less than 24 hours prior to pickup, she got a voicemail from a man saying "We haven't had 7 passenger vehicles available for months. This reservation is canceled." Click. But the reservation still showed valid on the app. When we try calling the desk, no answer and the voicemail box is full. Had to call the Midland office to have their gentleman text the MBS location and FORCE them to call us. MBS called and they were exceedingly rude, restating they "haven't had vans in months." I feel sorry for anyone landing at MBS expecting a vehicle here.

From the moment he helped me, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on finding the easiest solution for what I needed. Thanks to Brad, my experience at this location was completely different in the best way. He deserves full credit for turning things around.
