They were nice and helpful, but they have to work on the car the quality of cleaning the car.

We had travel plans abruptly change, and they were able to pivot and were extremely accommodating. We will be renting from enterprise again & want to praise the team for being so incredible. Additionally, Brad was super helpful even after the rental was picked up providing helpful information via email and was extremely responsive. Car rental sometimes is stressful, takes a long time and can be seen as an annoyance. But the team at Enterprise Bay Road was running like a well oiled machine and their employees seemed genuinely happy to help and be at work, which was refreshing.
