  My car wouldn't run. I was close to store 4306. An employee named Wolfgang tested my battery. I needed a new one. He did an excellent job assisting me in the battery replacement. Expectations were exceeded. I will definitely use Auto Zone again.

  Assuming my battery was just dead yesterday morning I jumped it with a jump pack and left home. I stopped for gas an hour away and turns out it wasn’t charging, thankfully a man in the parking lot was willing to jump it and help me. It’s an older battery and the cold finally took it out. I called this autozone to ask if they installed batteries and was told in the most condescending rude tone this man could muster that it was too cold, they aren’t doing ANYTHING outside today. NO KIDDING, I have jumped my car today twice in said cold and sat in my car for 20 mins cold at the gas station before someone helped me. I’m not calling asking for a new battery for funsies? Just say “Sorry due to the cold for the safety of our employees we’re not doing any installations.” I work for a company with crews and regularly tell people this same thing, without being an ass. Anyways I took my $350 to Advanced Auto Parts.
