  This place used to be awful, I haven't seen any of the old employees in a week or two now and every time I go through it's been a breeze. So happy they finally let go of the extra baggage that was slowing them down from being a successful car wash.

  Was in line just before the tunnel. Had a car head in in front of me. The sign said for me to pull forward. I did. It then said put in neutral. I did. The rollers then proceeded to throw my car forward and my front bumper hit the rear bumper of the car in front of me. They stopped the car wash and told me to back up. Then they approached the gentleman who I bumped into and tried to put the blame on me saying that I didn’t put the car in neutral, which is complete garbage. It’s a good thing. I’m only using this car wash for their free month trial I will not be renewing a subscription or ever coming here again if I could give zero stars I would.

  This site is older... not in a great place... doesn't have the new towel service.... there are newer, better sites than this Tommy's

  Zero stars if I could. This car wash ruined my car and will not cover the damages. Embarrassing place and terrible service. Look at the photos. They will probably respond with some lie and about how they didn’t cause the damage. Just watch. No one should ever go here. They ruined the car ahead of mine also and apparently denied there damage as well.

  I really wanted to love it tommy’s, I tried. Every time was just disappointing. It’s honestly just a terrible wash. My car had a low soil level to begin with(some minor salt spray) and the driver side door panels had barely been touched. Gotta either pull in as close as possible so the side wraps hit the driver side more or go through twice to get a marginally clean vehicle. Not to mention no tire shine was applied. I’d just stay clear of this location. Clearly management has no interest in fine tuning this tunnel which is quite easy with the tommy’s car wash systems flight deck. I’d be concerned the maintenance is lacking as well. I’m sure this wash is fine for vehicles that get daily washes, but if you have a dirty car, go elsewhere.
