  I’ve had consistently excellent experiences with my local Enterprise Rent-A-Car branches. The teams are professional, personable, approachable, and genuinely safety-conscious. What stands out most is their ability to build real trust with customers—they’re accommodating, transparent, and honest every step of the way. Something worth understanding: local branches often get blamed for inventory issues that are completely out of their control. There are multiple systems at play—local inventory, regional sharing between branches, and the national reservation system. Unfortunately, the national system can assign vehicles that aren’t actually available on the ground. Add in maintenance, unexpected damage, and customers extending rentals, and availability can change quickly. That puts the local staff in tough spots—but they handle it incredibly well. They proactively reach out when they see mismatches, make calls to other branches, and work hard to find solutions before you even walk in the door. That level of effort and foresight is rare. Even in high-pressure situations with frustrated customers, they stay calm, respectful, and focused on solving problems. That takes real skill. Bottom line: the cars are clean, the processes are straightforward, there’s no surprise billing, and the people go above and beyond. Don’t judge branches based on inventory challenges—judge them on how they handle them. These teams set the standard.

  Everyone was truly helpful during our pick-up and drop-off of vehicle as well as during the time of keeping it out for rent.

  Had to rent a vehicle for my daughter because they would not accept her debit card. That in turn caused her to have to pay extra as an approved driver and pay for more insurance, because my insurance wouldn't cover since I was not traveling with her. According to their website, a debit card can be used, possibly with more restrictions - which she satisfied. I feel like it was a scam to validate their charging more. The vehicle itself was fine.

  My family rented a large SUV to drive to Florida due to an unforeseen situation with our flights. We were provided a 3 year old vehicle with nearly 80,000 miles. I understand this is not going to be the same kind of rental that you typically get from the airport (which is usually a newer fleet vehicle), but it was still in pretty rough shape. We live close to the establishment and it was more convenient to pick up locally. When we arrived to pick it up, only one vehicle was on site that was driven over from another lot for us. It was very banged up with some major scratches and dents where paint was missing. We soon found out that it was MUCH worse than that! It was clear that someone had chain smoked in this vehicle and it smelled terrible! The smell had totally absorbed into the interior and would transfer onto your clothing when you sat in it… just gross!!! Not to mention breathing that smell with your kids for 20 hours was terrible. The interior itself was filthy and stained. We soon found out the suspension clearly had issues at it was a very rough ride down. The transmission also didn’t shift properly and made the vehicle seem unsafe. About one hour into our trip the tire sensor pressure light came on. We continued to monitor the tire. One day later, we came out from a quick lunch to a nearly flat tire. We had to find a shop in the small town to patch a nail hole. The shop told us we should really replace the tire as the tread was basically gone. We explained it was a rental and he said it should be ok for the week we were driving on it, but it was in bad shape and he was surprised the rental company would allow for this vehicle to be on the road in this condition. When we drove through a storm, we discovered the windshield wipers were old/shot and barely made contact with the windshield making it difficult to see. We made do with the vehicle and were happy we made it back home in one piece. We will NEVER EVER rent from this facility again and would recommend others to avoid this place too!
