Stoned kids. Pulled up and no one was there had to call them. Never showed me my oil level or dipstick when with the old oil. Put the wrong amount of oil in and had to correct them. Wanted me to pay before even starting my car and showing me the new oil. Gives me change in all singles and says you’re good to go with no sticker. Left the old one on my car. Told me they’re all out. Regret coming here. The oil came out of a back room in a jug. No bottles. No pumping from a barrel just mystery oil.

I get my oil changed regularly, but this is the first time that I’ve been to Uncle Ed’s and I will never go back. I’ve never paid more than $110 for an oil change at any oil change establishment across the metro Detroit area, Uncle Ed’s happened to be $141. I was also told that if any of my fluids, other than windshield wiper fluid needs to be topped off, there’s an extra charge for that which again never been told that any other establishment. I was also told by a young gentleman there that I needed air filter. He told me it was $3495. I said no thank you he showed it to me. It looked pretty clean. I don’t really know though. Then he said if we do it for $15 less do you want the Air filter. I told him why didn’t you just tell me that from the beginning. And said no thank you. Please be aware of the deceptive sales at the establishment.
