  I have never written a goggle review but here I have to. My mom sent me into this shop because she was being nice and helping me since I live in Detroit for college right now. I popped my tire and dropped the tire off while I drove my car for 2 days. When I returned to get a new tire put on my car I gave them my car for a hour they put my new tire on they come back and tell me it’s making a weird noise… the car I have had no problems with the last 2 days driving now after a hour in bell tire has issues. When they brought this to me I said I will have someone else check it I am all good for today. Instead of respecting the decision I made about the car I pay with my name on the title he calls and texts my mom freaking her out. My dad is a mechanic nothing is wrong with the car. So I would strongly suggest you not send anyone to this bell tire even if you pre pay for your service.

  Came in for tires and they just picked some tire without explaining anything. When I called to ask why they chose a tire with a 75,000-mile warranty for a car that already has high miles on it, the guy had no answer. I asked what a tier lower would be and he said some Chinese tire that would slip on snow and didnt really give me a lower option. I also specifically asked for an alignment check. They skipped the check entirely, then when I asked why, he just said "You told me you didn't want it," as in the alignment. I said I wanted you to check if I needed the alignment, not just blindly spend $135. He said oh well we can bring the car back in and take the tires off to check. Fantastic. Then he has the nerve to say at the end, "don't forget we do free alignment checks!" They don't listen, they just want to upsell.

  Purchased a full set of tires 2 weeks prior to the incident. They quoted us over 1000 dollars for front passenger control arm replacement. Had my father in law order the part and do the work himself. Brought the car back in to get an alignment, woke up the next morning with a completely flat tire and an Allan wrench sticking out of the tire. I live less than half a mile away from this location and had not driven the vehicle after the service except to bring it home. Was told “it’s not possible to tell if it happened at their shop” sure, technically you’re right. When I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager I was told “he’s on vacation”. I’m 99% sure it did happen at their shop and they refused to replace the tire and instead offered to patch it. Which wouldn’t be an issue if I hadn’t spent over 1000 dollars not even 2 weeks prior at this location on a brand new set. My family has came here since before I was born and since I’ve had my license I haven’t taken my vehicles any place else, which I can guarantee I won’t be anymore. I have a 6 month old child and the safety of my vehicles is my main concern and I am extremely upset that they in no way attempted to make it right but decided to go down the route of “you can’t prove it, you didn’t buy the warranty”. Don’t make the mistake that I did and check your tires prior to leaving their lot. Extremely upset with my experience with this location.

  Belle Tire is always so helpful. Had to fill all four tires and one of the mechanics helped me for free. Love them!
