  Do Not Go Here!!!!! Let me preface this by saying that I called around to different places and this place quoted me at $987 for the top quality tires and $771 for the midrange tires. “Out the door” they said to me. I choose the $771 tires because it seemed like the best deal so I took my car (that was driving perfectly fine and just needed new tires) in on a Tuesday for a 9am appointment. I was called a little bit after 1pm telling me that my car was just then getting looked at. They also told me my control arm needed to be changed. I told them I’d pass on that. Nothing more was told to me about that issue. They did not clarify anything would be affected if I didn’t fix the control arm. All in all I spent $788. Guess it was my fault for assuming that they would put new tires on and check the alignment before giving me my car back, even though it says on the website that alignment is free! Now once I got my car back I only drove it home and it was fine. The next day though my wife drove the car to her job and went on the freeway. She noticed it drove funny. She called them and told them that the alignment seemed off. They mentioned the control arm, but she tried to be very clear it was a brand new sensation and was definitely from the wheels. They ended up telling us to bring the car back in. Took car back in at 9:30 in the morning. Didn’t hear from them until I called them at 4:00 and that’s when they told me they put new tires on Tuesday, but didn’t do the alignment because they wanted to fix the control arm that I passed on it so they just gave my car back as is. They then told me they REFUSED to do my alignment until I agree to fix the control arm that they said would cost $900! Making me feel like they’re holding my car hostage. Outside of the fact that I feel like I was just getting manipulated into paying more and more money, THEY LET ME DRIVE OFF WITHOUT INFORMING ME THEY DID NOT CHECK THE ALIGNMENT BECAUSE I DECLINED TO GET THE CONTROL ARM FIXED TO ALIGN MY CAR. They never once mentioned that because I wasn’t fixing the control arm that they didn’t check the alignment of the wheels. The lack of concern for safety of the customer is WILDLY ALARMING! I honestly wish I never even thought to bring my car into this establishment. If I could just get my old tires put back on and MY MONEY BACK I WOULD IN A HEARTBEAT. I’ve spent an extra load of money on Uber rides, because I didn’t have a car for 2 whole days for just NEW TIRES!!! I now have to take my car into different shops to fix a problem they created!!!!!!!!! This is an absolute sham of a business. It’s really unfortunate too, my wives dad used to go here. He would always tell her to go here. I guess times have changed, because I will never go here ever again! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. You and your car will end up being manipulated while having to pay WAY MORE MONEY THAN YOU EVER WANTED TO just to fix to get new tires THAT ARE NOT WORTH IT!!!!! This place will try to scam you, don’t fall for it!!!!

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP !!! I hate writing negative reviews, and I rarely post on Google, but this experience left me no choice. I went in to get a specific set of tires and clearly told them the exact ones I wanted. Instead, they installed a different set and tried to charge me more. After some back-and-forth, the person helping me was polite and gave me a discount, so I didn’t end up paying the full difference. I appreciated that part. However, things went downhill from there. When I picked up my car, the TPMS light stayed on and one of the tire pressures wasn’t showing. The sensor was working perfectly before I came in. When I brought it to their attention, they told me I needed to replace all the sensors for $250 (or $210 with a “discount”). Another Belle tire shop confirmed the sensor was damaged during installation. I went back and had them fix it. Two weeks later, one of the brand-new tires started leaking. I dropped the car off at 1:30 PM and didn’t hear anything until I called them close to closing time around 6 PM. They told me it was ready, but when I picked it up, the TPMS still wasn’t working. I returned the next day, they reprogrammed it, and when I checked, the tire had 50 PSI in it while it is supposed to be 32 PSI. Brand-new tires, leaking, incorrect pressure, repeated returns , it’s beyond frustrating. Nothing seems to get done correctly the first time. I kept having to come back, and the whole time I felt like they were treating me as if I was being unreasonable for expecting basic quality work. Overall: bad experience, poor work quality, and unprofessional customer service. I would not recommend this location at all. If you need Bell Tire, go to a different branch.

  Got my tire plugged (a tire I got from them) Less than 12 hours later I was on the side of the freeway. The tire blew and the suspension near that tire fell… Cherry is the back problems I’ve had ever since. I would give a negative star if I could; keep you and your cars safe. Don’t go here.
