    Walked in to a parking lot full and 1 customer sitting. I asked the gentleman if they were busy or had time for a tire rotation and balance, he told me and I quote “look at the parking lot” um yeah we’re are. How would I know if the cars were ready for pick-up or to be service? Then he told me I could leave my car and they would call me when to come pick it up, making an assumption that I had a ride there and back. I told him what I needed and he walked me outside and inspected the tires. Upon returning to the counter he proceeded to tell me my tires need to be changed and tried to up sell me on 2k worth of tires. My vehicle is brand new and has 16k highway miles. After he couldn’t upsell me because I’m definitely an educated consumer and have owned 20+ cars, he told me if I wanted to “risk” wasting $80 to get my tires rotated and balanced I could but it wouldn’t make a difference. I walked out. As I sit her at the dealer, they are happily rotating and balancing my tires and the manager told me I will not need new tires until probably winter. These is my 3 bad experience with the Belle Tire and my last. I can’t imagine how many customers get suckered so they can make a deal. To the guy who helped me, you know who you are - you’re a terrible sales person. Trying to scare a customer into a sale and not providing the service a customer requests means you care about one thing only, your pocket.

    I arrived at Belle Tire with a leaky valve stem in my rear tire. Since all the bays were full, Sean immediately had me park my vehicle outside of bay 3 and quickly addressed & fixed the problem! I was on my way within 10 minutes! Leaky valve replaced! Such kindness & excellent customer service! Thank you Belle Tire! Sean is a real asset to your company & customers.

    Purchased a full set of tires 2 weeks prior to the incident. They quoted us over 1000 dollars for front passenger control arm replacement. Had my father in law order the part and do the work himself. Brought the car back in to get an alignment, woke up the next morning with a completely flat tire and an Allan wrench sticking out of the tire. I live less than half a mile away from this location and had not driven the vehicle after the service except to bring it home. Was told “it’s not possible to tell if it happened at their shop” sure, technically you’re right. When I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager I was told “he’s on vacation”. I’m 99% sure it did happen at their shop and they refused to replace the tire and instead offered to patch it. Which wouldn’t be an issue if I hadn’t spent over 1000 dollars not even 2 weeks prior at this location on a brand new set. My family has came here since before I was born and since I’ve had my license I haven’t taken my vehicles any place else, which I can guarantee I won’t be anymore. I have a 6 month old child and the safety of my vehicles is my main concern and I am extremely upset that they in no way attempted to make it right but decided to go down the route of “you can’t prove it, you didn’t buy the warranty”. Don’t make the mistake that I did and check your tires prior to leaving their lot. Extremely upset with my experience with this location.
