- THTim Hampton3 days ago1.0I deal with ALOT of service places and belle tires in my line of work. Ive been to just about every belle tire in the east metro area n this is is definitely my least favorite one to deal with. Not very friendly here, in person or on the phone. Always seem to be in bad moods n im just bothering them with my business. Probably won't be coming here anymore.

- MRMark Rhoades6 days ago1.0My last experience was not so great. I was told I had 3 sensors were bad and needed replacement. I refused service because I knew none of them were bad. Also, I asked them to notify me after free alignment check to let me determine if I wanted the service. I also asked them to right it down on the service document. I told the sales person that I did not think it would need a alignment because the tires did not have irregular wear pattern and tracked ok. No pull to right or left. They called my name when the vehicle was complete and parked in the lot. A different sales person told me the alignment was "slightly off" and that they made a adjustment. I was charged $135.00 for the service. I have been coming to this facility for years without any issues until now.

During the visit a tire I was looking to keep got lost. The assistant manager was willing to replace the missing tire with a comparable tire free of charge. Great service!
