- DDD DMar 17, 20263.0I had my first experience here recently and overall, had a good experience. First, let me say the paint match and body work was excellent. However, after getting it home there were some issues. 1. Interior was filthy and had lots of dust everywhere. Took me hours to properly clean. 2. New scratches on the grill that were not there when I dropped it off. 3. Missing retaining fasteners on the inner fender liner. 4. Broken retaining fastener on an interior panel that was removed. 5. Visible overspray under the quarter panel. Its been decades since I needed body shop services and maybe this is normal, but if this was my business I would have a more thorough inspection process before releasing the vehicle.

They are thorough with their evaluation and will make sure they advocate with insurance companies to get the work done correctly. They are extremely generous with their resources as well. I am a working parent and needed a car that could fit 2 carseats while mine was in the shop, they coordinated getting me a loaner that fit my needs (which was honestly above and beyond what I expected!). Finally, the actually work that they did was great too and you can't even tell that previous damage occurred! I HIGHLY recommend going to B and B... I won't be going anywhere else if I have future needs.

You have a lot of choices of where to take your vehicle, but you want a place you can trust and this is certainly one that is going to take good care of you. Thee people make all the difference.
