  The Assistant manager Ariel is extremely rude, gets off on refusing service, and will call over to other Enterprises in the area to prevent them from renting to you. Please dont ask general questions she'll get agitated and refuse service. Ariel said "since you have questions im sure you aren’t going to be satisfied so I don’t want to do business with you”. I responded,"I cant ask questions? I didnt yell, cuss, or even disrespect you." She says “well if that’s how you feel I’m not renting you a car” and proceeds to ask the next customer how she can help them… I asked for the manager. James said he is the manager. Standing there the whole time and rude as well. Purposely trying not to help me. All because I was is asked questions??? I’ve rented cars with this company over 20 years from this location as well, I will NEVER use them again. Unbelievable! This is worst experience Ive ever had! Enterprise you are losing customers at this location because these two managers lack customer service skills, professionalism and enjoys messing over customers.

  Do not waste your time. I’ve booked at least five cars through this location. More often than not, they never have the car you originally booked and you almost always get downgraded. Not only that, but this time I booked a pick up for 5 PM and they call me at 4:30 to let me know they have no vehicles for me and I have to find another place and the girl sounded like she could care less

  I am at the Roseville location in Michigan. Ariel and Jamell was the people who helped me. They were pleasant and very professional. I was extremely happy with the service and I Will Highly recommend people to come to this location. They make the customers feel at home. Thanks for the wonderful service and especially thank these two employees.

  2 years in a row, I rented a large (7 passenger or more) vehicle from Enterprise and 2 years in a row, less than a week before my trip, I was told no vehicle available. The manager at this location (Jamel) went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us! I was stressed, I was traveling with a large group (kids) and needed seating for 8 and room for luggage. Enterprise has a horrible practice of allowing a reservation, knowing they don't have enough in their fleet (I reserved months in advance). Jamel made sure I had a vehicle, there was another issue when I went to pick it up (recall) so he scrambled to find me a vehicle. His dedication and hard work allowed us to get on the road before storms came in. His customer service is impeccable, very honest and transparent through the whole process. I was anxious and worried I wouldn't get my kids to their Spring Break destination. He eased my fears and assured me he would get me a vehicle! I cannot express how grateful I am for all he did for us. I wish Enterprise would change their reservation practice and not allow people to reserve vehicles that they cannot deliver!

  Enterprise in Roseville made it happen. I rented a mini van took my family to Tennessee to visit family during spring break. Ariel was great, much better than the fort gratiot Enterprise agent that denied service before I could even get the needed dates out of my mouth. Or the car i rented in the past from fort gratiot that didn't have a working horn. Thank you Roseville Enterprise
