Aaron was incredibly kind, patient, and informative during my check-in. The drivers who picked me up from the dealership and later dropped me back off, were also friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with how smoothly both the rental and return went, as well as my rental experience. If I ever need to rent again, I would absolutely choose the Roseville location.

So all in all Ariel is a picture of what customer service should be and because of her and her willingness to take time to help me and try to correct the problems I will rent from enterprise again. Thanks Ariel you are the MVP of enterprise team!
