She was transparent about not having the vehicle I wanted but the replacement vehicle was the vehicle that I always rent from them which happens to be my dream van. They let me check the vehicle back in and provided me a complementary ride to work. I loce this location and the employees that work there. I have not had a bad experience yet!

As if we weren't going through enough after our car was hit, but then to be spoken to which the lack of disrespect as he was here. Those om staff not only lacked in customer service skills but I knowledge of procedures/policies as well as nobody could give a straight answer and information kept changing.

My experience was one of a kind but I have to tell you I seen her handle multiple situations including my own with the up most customer service. If “Kill it with kindness” was a person it’s her. Manny also needs to be noted as handling a hostile customer with patience and professionalism. Needless to say they stood their ground with respect and honor for Enterprise. Good job And to the gentleman who was upset over a deposit, get your money up son! When they were accommodating you even after your poor attitude to give you a ride home, you want to scream profanities and still expect a ride home, I had to leave do to my uber arriving but I hope all ended welll. Thanks for a good laugh so early
