  Wanted to give a shout out to this location! And Randle in particular!! The whole staff there are extremely friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable of vehicles as they should be. I just recently purchased some bfg Ko3 tires for my truck and also got a belt and idler pulley. Their service is always great and Randle is absolutely awesome in there. Go check them out!! I will say with those big heavier tires I have had to take back 3 times to get fully balanced but they took care of it no problems asked and with no charge.

  Target WOMEN!! Unprofessional made an appointment for service to have a censor put on my tire they want to make money so they rack up charges for anything especially if you have knowledge of what's going on. However came in and they kept talking back and forth amongst each other then here comes the sales pitch you need new tires I said I can't afford new tires they try again came in NON of my tires were flat they decided they didn't want to do the work because I refused to buy tires first it was you got a little tread to you have non they put the tire back on and now it's flat I just came from the car wash non of my tires looked like this still doesn't but this one is covered in sale and looks bald. If your not spending at least a grand with them they don't care about you or your business. They don't care about customers not to mention the guy comes out tell me it looks flat then tell me pull to the back I did EVERYONE saw me sitting there and ignored me after 10 minutes he finally comes back and tell me your tire is full. Why does this tire look different from all the other tires all of a sudden.There is no way that tire came off my vehicle. I know my car if my tire did look like that it would have been changed out but this is the only tire all my other tires have tread but that one🤔

  I'm not sure what services this location prefers performing, but oil changes are not one of them. I've tried going 3 times in the last week, right when they open, with no more than 1 other car in the parking lot with me, and each time I was told it would be a 2+ hour wait for an oil change. Someone's out sick, issues with other cars, whatever the excuse the result is the same: If you want an oil change at 8am (or 7:55am today), it won't be done until after 10am. Yesterday I was told someone is out sick but definitely come back tomorrow and it won't be an issue. That's what they told me again today; someone is out sick but tomorrow it'll be back to normal. Never thought it'd be so difficult to give a company my money but here we are. I've been going to Belle Tire locations all throughout the state for over 20 years but I guess it's time to look elsewhere.
