    I've been to this location several times over the years. I've always received great service. Today I just needed a repair for a nail puncture, I didn't purchase the tires there. They got me in and out in a reasonable time. Very positive experience. I'll definitely be back

    Dropped my car off at 8:00am, front desk person said 2 hours, came back at 5:00pm and my car was untouched. The reasoning is they claimed to be busy. Won’t use them again.

    I bought a set of tires for my Bronco and Josh J. was excellent. He was extremely helpful and communicated every step of the process. Josh made sure install went smoothly with the technicians. I definitely recommend Josh for any vehicle needs. 10/10 customer service! Also, the waiting area was clean and comfortable.

    Thanks for your assistance. I was there this past Saturday & just needed tire pressure even in all tires. My tire signal just kept beeping while running errands. It was 20 minutes to closing when I stopped by. I was told there's only 2 guys working on cars. That made me nervous. Then, they made a decision to help & told me to pull around back to assist me themself (staff up front). That made my day. Some of us single women appreciate help once in a while. Thank you!

    This is the second time I've been here. First time was a year ago. Needed a diagnostic to see where an oil leak was coming from and a control arm replacement. They said they couldn't find the oil leak. Of course they always try to "upsell" other services. I paid for an oil change and control arm. They said the leak was "gone". Bullshit. I pull out of the lot and my car stalls in front of the shop. We push my car back into the shop. The problem is fixed 30 mins later. Leak still persisted. Take it to another shop, thermostat housing is leaking. They fix it in a couple hours. I go back to belle tire a few days ago, needing a "tune up" (spark plugs, cables) they tell me I need an oil change, no tune up, and a solenoid needs to be replaced. I tell them, I do not need an oil change, I got one less than a week ago. I verified and proved I had one. "Sir your oil looks dirty." Another bullshit "upsell". They "fix" my problem and test drive my car and the problem doesn't persist. I pay them and and on my way. Of course the problem persists. Waste of 500 dollars. Scam artists and dishonest. Hope people read this review before they pay for their services. Be clear with the services you do want done.
