- LHLaurie HerediaDec 10, 20251.0Penske has got to be the most unprofessional place I have had to conduct business with this last week. They have poor customer service. With exception of a few people I have had to interact with. I had bad equipment from day one. I came to this location to return equipment that is failing me. A sleeper tractor due to the fact that I am OTR. Long story short for this location. I arrived for a replacement of units. The first unit which is a sleeper had not mattress, broke bunk board, it was dirty and smelled like a dive bar saturated in smoke. I asked for a different unit. The second unit was a bit better but was not able to drive out of the parking lot. I’m frustrated at this point because despite my desperate actions to make it in time to pick up my load. This place made it impossible. I don’t even want to give this a 1 star. I need to in order to leave this review. I have plenty to say about all the issues. Unfortunately do not have enough time to leave more on this matter. Good luck to all hard working people that need reliable rental units.
