  I want to take a moment to recognize Brandon at this Enterprise location for providing truly exceptional customer service. I reserved a truck very last minute on a Saturday and called at 11:40 AM, knowing they closed at noon. When I explained the situation, Brandon’s only question was how soon I could get there. My ETA was exactly 12 PM, and without hesitation, he offered to stay after closing to help me. He never made me feel like an inconvenience. Instead, he was professional, patient, and thorough — taking the time to walk the vehicle with me and ensure everything was in great condition. I never felt rushed, despite it being past closing time. It’s rare to experience this level of care and willingness to help, especially at the end of a business day and on a weekend. Brandon went above and beyond, and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves for his outstanding service.

  The airport rentals were all booked up and this was one of the closest alternatives so I called them. They explained how to go through the process seamlessly. I took the enterprise shuttle to the normal rental spot at the airport, then Enterprise Truck Rental picked me up from there in no time. We went to the truck place and the team there is awesome! When I returned the truck, they dropped me off at my terminal at the airport. Absolutely amazing service. Love that entire team. I wish I had remembered all their names so I could give them a shout out.
