  State Farm dispatched Ryan's Towing twice in 2 weeks for my car. The same driver was on duty and he was fantastic. I wish I would've gotten his name. He was so patient and tried everything he could to start my car and when it had to be towed he made the process very simple for me. I would recommend Ryan's to anyone who needs service. They're awesome!

  I had a flat and they came out really quickly and towed a reasonable price. Happy with the service and will use them again if the need arises.

  An Amazon driver was stuck in a deep ditch near my home and needed a tow. It would have been a busy day for their business but they came out very quickly and when the driver saw the tow would require a special type of truck he called and got another one on the way rather than causing more damage by yanking it out with the regular style. The next driver with the double pulley had the vehicle out quickly and saved it from further damage. The price was very fair and the service was superb.

  What once was my favorite place turn to for help is now the last place I will ever go to my boyfriend got stuck in our very long driveway the morning and after a long morning of digging we gave it a rest and called a couple places. Do to how bad the weather is everyone has a very long wait, he is not familiar with the Rockford area so i mentioned this place to him told him they are amazing, spoke to soon. The representative was very snappy and demanding I know the exact model of the vehicle in my response was okay we have a very long driveway can you give me 5 minutes to go see what it is. Her response: like I said I need the model of the car to assist you, to which I respond I understand I just asked for a few minutes to go check, she snaps back saying your boyfriend isn’t sitting right next to he doesn’t know it with a snarky laugh, it’s a work vehicle not personal all we knew was it was a small Chevy truck I start heading down the driveway and few moments go by here her on the other end “okayy…” and hangs up. I call back asking for somebody else to assist considering I asked for a couple of minutes to grab the information which she tells me no she is the only one there and told my I was being abusive, excuse me?? To which I ask to be transferred to Ryan ( the reason I turned to them in the first place) and let her know I will be telling him I had horrible service to her response “cool I live with him” wowww is that an excuse for how you treated me, no problem thank you for letting me know that. I will not be returning as a customer ever.

  Super friendly staff when my mom called, had locked my phone, keys, and computer in my work truck at my shop, while it was running! Luckily I was able to use my smart watch to call my mom for help. The tow truck driver arrived within 15 minutes and unlocked my truck quickly. He also had to come down a heavily snowed in dirt road that leads to my shop and was clearly a super skilled operator. He was extremely friendly and happy to help. No damage to my prized custom built denali truck. (Have had other company's ruin the rubber door seals on other vehicles in the past) I will definitely be calling this place again for a tow or if I lock myself out of any of my vehicles in the future. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thanks for getting me back on the road to run my business in a speedy and professional fashion! Turned a not so great start to my work day into a positive experience!
