Additionally, he was responsive when communicating with me, and, when I stopped by the shop to bring keys for our luggage rack, he invited me to look at the progress made on our vehicle and he described various steps of the repair work being done to our vehicle. To say that we were pleased with his and his team's work would be an understatement!
- SMSeth MoenNov 27, 20255.0I brought my truck to Rockford Collision on June 18, 2025 for rust repair and a repaint. They did an absolutely incredible job and for a great price. The original quote was just for rocker repair and a repaint, but once they dug into it they found that the cab supports and cab corners also needed to be replaced. Even with all the extra work, the final cost still came in lower than the original quote. The quality of their work is phenomenal. I’ve taken my truck to multiple shops since, and every single time they comment on how original and clean everything looks I literally have to convince them that the rockers, cab corners, and parts of the cab have been repaired and repainted. That’s how good the workmanship is. If you’re on the fence about taking your vehicle to Rockford Collision, just do it. You won’t regret it. Their staff is amazing, they stay on top of quotes and callbacks, and Jacob and Terry are both great to work with. Highly recommended.

It only took 15 minutes in and out and the car looks like brand new. Thank you!
