- DNDawn NewellOct 14, 20251.0Brand new Tesla... used the car wash 2x. It scratched my car covered it in scratches front to back and sides. Left noticable residue from the soap thry use. I Thought i had only signed up for one month but have been charged for the last 4 months. I only now became aware of the charges I will contact them to ask for a refund. Hopefully they understand the confusion especially with the extensive damage it did to my brand new 2 week old car. The damage to the paint job on my tesla is extensive. I cried when I discovered it. I will never use an automatic car wash unless its touch free again! Worse yet it still had not removed the bugs stuck on the front of it nor the windshield bith tones i had to ckean my car by hand when i got home. Very disappointed.
