- KLKara LobertFeb 19, 20261.0This is our second time getting a monthly membership because it is very close to our house. We will never do it again and drive out of the way to avoid it. Today I had to sit for such a long time because there was an accident in the car wash. This is NOT the first time I have been there when cars hit each other in it. I had my baby and had no way to get out of line, so I got to hear her cry as we waited. Another issue is that they don’t make people wait for their turn. The membership line is much faster but the other lane is closer, so I have been cut off twice by the other lane even though I was processed first. I assume this means they get my car wash and I get whatever they paid for. There are times when the line is so long it is dangerous and I can’t even get in line or I would be blocking 10 Mile.

There is no reason my hub cap should be cracked from going through a car wash! I heard it happen, at first I thought I had been rear ended because it was so loud. I am only a seasonable member, but this is ridiculous! I just bought the car. I've also noticed some scratches in my paint since I've started getting washes. Just be aware of the risks you're potentially running by using this car wash.

Customer service was great, but definitely an inconvenience to see a half done job once you get out of your truck at home. Didn’t think I’d have to check right after, but maybe I should next time.
