  I cannot thank you enough. I am truly grateful. You all went above & beyond expectation throughout the entire process with amazing & timely updates. I was devastated, when we thought the Mazda might be declared a "total loss". This Mazda belonged to my son. He gifted it to me last year, after very unexpectedly losing his vision due to an extremely rare genetic disease. This was his last connection to independence. I am his caregiver & main source of transportation. He absolutely loved this car & feels very comfortable in it as he is familiar with it from before losing his vision. We were both so incredibly relieved to hear, it was repairable. We know it's just a car, but for us it has a special significant meaning in his vision loss journey. I couldn't help, but get emotional upon the reveal. It simply looked beautiful & brand new. Thank you for granting us this sense of security for him. I will always recommend your business to others for these reasons.

  My car was taken here after being involved in an accident because my insurance company said it’s one of their “preferred locations”. It took 2 1/2 weeks just to get an estimate. Communication was horrible on their end and the 2 times I called them to get an update (because they weren’t giving me any) I was given inaccurate information and had to correct them. I was told they were finished with the estimate and were waiting on more parts. A whole week later I am contacted by my insurance company saying my car is totaled, so clearly they lied when they told me they were done with the estimate. They have zero sense of urgency and I would not recommend. *2/6/26* They commented that they have been trying to contact me but they have not. They have my email and phone number as they have contacted me through both previously.

  Great customer service and repair work! They stayed in touch throughout the whole process. My vehicle looks fantastic inside and out. Highly recommend! 5 ⭐️!!!

  They ended up putting on the wrong year trunk and taillights on my car and then I had to waste my valuable time to comeback and give it to them again and go without my car for a few days again. Pretty upset about the situation. Only good thing is they paid for my rental the 2nd time. Not very professional though that’s a pretty big mess up.
