Hence, we moved the appointment to Wednesday 4 p.m. (which I saved in my calendar in that very moment). I arrive there, two gentleman told me harshly that my appointment was at 2 p.m. and they wouldn't be able to take my car. Let's say it was just a misunderstanding, why don't they send a courtesy reminder via email / SMS? is that too hard? they lost my business.
