    I had a reservation confirmed well in advance, arrived on time at the location, and was fully prepared for a straightforward pickup. Instead, I was met with cold, dismissive behavior from the start. The staff barely acknowledged me while being noticeably polite and helpful to other customers standing right next to me. When I asked basic questions about my reservation or vehicle options, I got short, impatient answers or was simply ignored. It became painfully clear that I was being treated differently, and the subtle (and sometimes not-so-subtle) comments and attitudes pointed directly to racial bias. I felt singled out, undervalued, and unwelcome for no reason other than the color of my skin. To make matters worse, the car they eventually assigned me was filthy—dirty seats, trash in the cup holders, visible dust and grime everywhere, and a strong odor like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. When I calmly pointed this out and asked for a different vehicle or at least a quick interior clean, I was met with defensiveness and attitude, as if I was the problem for expecting a rental car to be presentable. Other customers who complained about minor issues were handled quickly and courteously; my concerns were brushed off. The entire interaction left me feeling humiliated and angry. I shouldn’t have to fight for basic respect or a clean vehicle, and I definitely shouldn’t have to deal with obvious differential treatment based on race. I’ve rented from many companies over the years and never experienced anything like this. I will never use Enterprise again—especially not this location—and I strongly advise anyone who values professionalism, cleanliness, and fair treatment to take their business elsewhere. If you’re expecting to be treated with dignity and respect regardless of your background, look for another rental company. This was unacceptable, and I won’t be back.

    My experience with this Enterprise Rent-A-Car was beyond disappointing and honestly left me feeling completely helpless. I had a reservation and waited an entire week because I urgently needed a vehicle to return home, as I am not from this state. What should have been a simple pickup turned into a stressful and unfair situation. The biggest issue was how the manager handled everything. Rather than trying to assist or guide me toward a solution, I was met with resistance and a lack of professionalism. The staff followed that same energy — no one seemed willing to listen, help, or even show basic concern for the position I was in. It felt less like a business interaction and more like I was being brushed off. I came prepared, ready to pay, and expecting to be treated like any other customer. Instead, I walked away without a vehicle and without a clear explanation. Seeing the difference in how others were being helped made the experience even harder to ignore and left me seriously questioning how and why decisions were being made. Being stranded in a state where you don’t live is not a small inconvenience — it creates real stress and uncertainty. In moments like that, you hope a company will show professionalism and leadership, especially from management. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. A company’s reputation is built on how it treats people when issues arise, and this location fell far below reasonable expectations. I hope this is taken as an opportunity for serious improvement, because no customer should leave feeling the way I did — unheard, unsupported, and treated unfairly.
