They really show a customer what they mean to them after a good solid 12 hrs today of being stranded without a working car if at all possible don’t rent from enterprise they could really care less and will do the bare minimum for you. '25 they didn't have enough cars for their reservation or prepped cars. There were many customers upset whilst the enterprise attendants were stalling time with useless small talk. Even going as far as asking if people wanted clean cars or personal business. I called daily for 3 days after to switch my car as they suggested and promised to have my time wasted further. They even uselessly sent me to the airport once again to have my time and gas money wasted. It was shameful. Would not recommend this location-inefficient and ineffective.

On my way to pick up the vehicle the next day I get a call informing me that they cancelled my reservation because they don't have a vehicle. This was at 4:30pm leaving zero time to find an alternative for my planned and paid for trip. TOP NOTCH SERVICE 😐
