  Gone to this place for decades. Never again. I bought a brand new set of tires nearly a grand. I didn’t pay for the ““ extra protection“ because for decades if your tire popped within roughly a year, it would always be covered. My tire popped less than two months after getting this. And out of pocket I had to pay nearly 200 to replace it despite it being only two months old. What a garbage new policy. The tire place that’s off. Ludlow still has heart and soul and takes care of their people. And won’t shaft you when their tire fails. Fair warning also if you choose to ignore this- it also took them 2 full days to get to my one tire. So don’t go if you need your car for anything Look at the reply, their new policy is such garbage they can’t even do anything. Pathetic

  I took my Jeep Commander in for a diagnosis on front end noise after 20 MPH. This Bell Tire contacted me 35 minutes later & told me that I had upper & lower control arms that needed to be replaced. They also did not have the diagnosis correct with a $2,200 quote! I took my Commander to Marshall's in Rochester & what actually needed to be worked on was both front hubs ,thermostat replaced to clear the check engine alarm & bearings to be repacked. Marshall's did this work for $1,000! In & out Wednesday morning to Thursday afternoon! This Bell Tire location is not qualified & inexperienced! Do not go there!!!

  Belle Tire – Rochester Hills ★★★★★ There are businesses you visit, and there are businesses you trust with your life on the road. Belle Tire Rochester Hills belongs in the second category, and after more than a decade of bringing every car I have owned through their doors, I have earned the right to say that without exaggeration. What sets this location apart is not marketing. It is integrity demonstrated repeatedly, under real conditions, over real years. I have walked in braced for a significant bill …. the way you do when you have been burned by other shops ( sigh ) and walked out paying almost nothing because a technician found a simple fix and refused to charge me for more than the problem actually required. That happened once. Then it happened again. Then it became the pattern I learned to expect. That consistency is not luck. It is character built into the operation. The faces behind the counter have changed over the years, as they do everywhere. The standard has never changed once. That tells you everything about the leadership and culture driving this place. You cannot fake that across a decade and multiple staff cycles. It is either real or it collapses. This one never collapsed. I do not live near this location anymore. I drive out of my way to come here — deliberately, every time — because trust that has been earned over ten-plus years is not something you abandon for convenience. No shop closer to my home has ever given me a reason to stop making that drive. If you have been burned by shops that diagnose your wallet before they diagnose your car, this is your reset. Bring your vehicle here. You will not need to look anywhere else again.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  I came in with an appointment scheduled at 5:30pm looking to just get 1 tire replaced and they didn’t finish prior to the store closing at 8 so I had to get a ride on the fly and leave the car overnight. The following morning they called me and asked which tire they are replacing when I already indicated the tire I wanted replaced when I booked my appointment. 3 hours go by after that call and I receive no call back from when they finished the service so I had to call them and ask just for them to tell me that the service is already completed. This is probably the worst tire experience I’ve ever had at any tire shop.
