I bought my first car here years ago and recently leased a F-150 Johnathon McMullen made the process so easy I told him what I wanted, what I didn’t and he made it happen. All I had to do was walk in & sign paperwork. Last week they came out to my job to check the recall and if I needed to be serviced. Only took 45 minuets while I was working I actually forgot they were there. Beats spending 3-4 hours in the waiting room !!!!! Very professional and nice thank you soooo much

Took in my Mach E because there was a clunk noise under acceleration on July 30th. Told them it’s the motor because it only happens when accelerating. They said it was the rear upper trailing arms. They replaced those and the same exact noise persisted and was happening under the same condition. I got Ford involved because they wanted to charge me over 1k for replacing the trailing arms that didn’t fix the issue. I asked them what diagnosis they did in order to say it was the trailing arms. I was told by the tech and the one service manager face to face that they just looked at a TSB and assumed that was the problem. How do you want to charge a $170 diagnostic fee when you did no diagnosis? They then started to look into the rear electric motor and found metal shavings in the fluid. So they replaced the rear motor. Which ended up fixing the problem which was under warranty. So then I still had to $181.82 because they replaced parts that were not bad. Took the car home on August 19th. After taking the car home and parking it the garage, a couple weeks later (of not driving it) I pulled it out and noticed the headlight was not right and saw a mark on the bumper where the impact was. It was still working so I thought it was ok. But I did tell my someone at the dealership about it. Well now it’s stopped working all together. So I took the covers off under the hood to take a look at it. I come to find out there is no coolant in the reservoir. The car only has about 400 miles since the service took place. I’m assuming they emptied the coolant when they were replacing the motor and didn’t fill it after. Who knows what else I will find if I keep looking. Would not recommend taking your car here for service. They will “diagnose” based off TSBs, will not fill coolant properly, and may even hit your car and not tell you about it. Now I have to replace a $1200 headlight and fill coolant after paying over $180 because of a bad job at diagnosing. All for a repair that should have been covered under warranty on a car with a little over 13,400 miles now.

There needs to be more communication. My car got towed in, sat in the service department and had started being worked on for 2 weeks without anyone updating me or telling me what the diagnosis was. To many, this would be very stressful not knowing what was going on. I was never informed what was wrong with my car. My service advisor never answered my calls and never returned them after all the voicemails I had left him. I spoke to the service manager who also had no idea what was going on with my vehicle. I finally received a call from my service advisor after 2 weeks saying my vehicle was completed just for him to call back and tell me that he called the wrong customer. When I asked what the diagnosis was, he told me that the parts were in but my vehicle still had to be assigned to a technician. I went up to the dealer and spoke to the service manager who told me it had already been assigned and should be done the following day. Not only is there a lack of communication with customers, but there is a lack of communication withing the dealership. As someone who also works at a dealership, this was a terrible experience and very unprofessional.
