Johnathon McMullen was wonderful. I have been in contact with him for months regarding the vehicle I wanted. He found it got me and even went the extra mile to make sure I got it since there was a delay on my end with some of the paperwork. I was able to sign everything through e-sign which made my life so much easier bc less time at the dealership with my kids. Pick up was effortless and so efficient. I was in and out so quickly. I had an amazing experience. Probably the best experience I had with Ford in years. I am extremely happy with my Explorer ST too!

Rating One Star - I had a very disappointing experience today. I called on 12/29/25 at 11:40 AM to schedule an appointment for a tire issue and a recall on my Bronco. The service clerk who took my call was great — they scheduled me for a 3:30 PM same‑day appointment and confirmed I would receive a loaner vehicle since the work wouldn’t be completed today. I explained that I have two children and cannot be without a car, and they assured me a loaner would be available.
At 3:07 PM, just as I was getting ready to leave for the appointment, a serviceman called to say they would need to keep my car but would not be able to provide a loaner because none were available. I told him that wouldn’t work for me and that afternoon appointments are what fit my schedule. He then said the job didn’t qualify for a loaner, which directly contradicted what I had been told earlier.
This was extremely frustrating, especially because I scheduled with your service department based on the information I was given. I also potentially missed the opportunity to have my car serviced elsewhere today. The serviceman who called was rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic customer service skills. Given that I was misinformed, I believe an accommodation should have been made.

Thank you for responding and reaching out. I understand that mistakes can happen — nothing and no one is perfect — but I believe the way a situation is handled says a lot about character & brand. I’ve updated my rating to reflect my experience.
I also know that I pay monthly for rental/replacement coverage through the dealership for my tires. The first clerk and I were on the same page: if my tire was being inspected for not holding air, the work wouldn’t be completed the same day, and I also had a safety recall, then a loaner should have been provided so I wouldn’t be without a vehicle.
I’ll be reviewing my coverage to get clarity on exactly what I’m paying for.
Again, thank you for being attentive and working with me. I purchased my truck from this dealership, and I would like it to remain my go‑to place for service.

Jack Kare is a great sales agent at Pat Milliken Ford. My 2025 Ford Expedition Platinum was ordered a few months ago and arrived right on time. Closing on the purchase was super fast and easy as Jack had everything prepared before my arrival. Once I signed the paperwork, Jack provided me with a flash drive that contained all closing docs. Shortly thereafter, I was in my car with the tech expert who helped me get started on setting up my phone, as well as the Ford Pass app which I absolutely love. It’s the best in the industry! The Expedition is stunning too! It drives like a dream, compared to my previous 2020 since the new model was upgraded to adaptive suspension or the CCD - continuously controlled damping. Smooth ride! Beautiful interior and love the new squircle steering wheel as well as the new dual dashboard.

Brandon, Wes, and Juliette at Pat Milliken Ford service team combined to make one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had for a recall on a 2012 Ford Focus. When dropping my vehicle off for a Ford recall on a canister value that can deform a gas canister and cause it not to able to be filled with gas, I was under the impression the recall would be covered in full. After dropping off the car for two days I received a call from Brandon stating the service had been done and I would be charged $200. I stated it was going to be covered under a recall and after questioning the bill was told that it was covered after all (how convenient) Then after picking my car up and still being unable to put gas in it, we immediately called Pat Milliken back and they said if the check engine light is off that “they did what they needed to do” and it wasn’t standard procedure to check to see if the gas would now be able to be put in the car. We called back on Monday to say that we would like a call back from the service manager Wes, where again we were told that the recall was unrelated to our gas filling issue and that the car would be recheck. Dropped off the car and again, and expressed our concerns that the fuel only stopped being able to be filled after the check engine light came on for the canister value code. Was told by Juliette that in her 30 years of experience it was probably a spider in the “vent tube” and that the code was totally unrelated. So now after the fourth time today trying to get Pat Milliken to fix the problem that was all triggered by a recall fixed under standard recall coverage for free is now our responsibility and will not be addressed further. Between the $200 miscommunication, the lack of customer service, the disregard for safe and reliable service rendered and correctly diagnosed, I am left with uncertainty for resolution and financial impact of covering labor costs which at the holidays could not come at a worst time. Save yourself some time and trouble and take your Ford to another certified dealer.
