  Came in yesterday to return an order online and staff was incredibly unprofessional. Younger employee made jokes about not helping me knowing they could as well as openly talked about stealing my money. Do not bother with this location

  Excellent customer service!!! On a Sunday morning Nov 30,2025 my vehicle wouldn't start. I called the nearest AutoZone for help, However the auto check machine wasn't working at that location. Therefore I called the next available AutoZone. She answered the phone pleasantly and verified they'll check my vehicle. Upon arrival the store was playing my type of inspirational music. Greeted me as I enter and Happy to be of service. I explained my dilemma and Justin got right to it. The auto machine revealed a battery was needed. JUSTIN to my rescue, He removed my old battery (in cold weather), Replaced it with a new one. While he was working I ask if he could replace my break light (it was out), He said Sure! OMG, Just in time Justin to the rescue again. It was EVERYTHING to me to receive Great Customer Service! I highly recommend this AutoZone and the employees. Especially Mr. Hard Working JUSTIN!!! Thank you very much.

  Absolutely terrible service!! The young lady with the braids was willing to help. The brother with the dreads and the young lady with the short hair should be fired!!!! The short haired lady customers service was so bad. Can’t get her attention/ or ignoring me. When I got her attention she act like I was bothering her wow. The brother with the dreads need to stay off his phone!!!! I ask him if they put windshield wiper blades on he said NO!!! I left the store peace take care!!

  Came in 11/3/25 at about 7:30 time period for an engine light scan and the lady behind the desk told me they dont do that after dark there even when I told her I have a flashlight! So I drove out 45 minutes by my house in St. Clair Shores Autozone location and the gentleman that worked there came out and helped me in the dark with no problem! Also said that was a lie that the lady told me from the Redford Telegraph location!

  Argumentative for no reason when they gave my customer the wrong part. ALWAYS a hassle to obtain correct parts.
