  Great experience at AutoZone. The store manager Yousef karkar was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to make sure I got the right part without any pressure. Really appreciated the good customer service—definitely coming back.

  This location deserves more than 5 stars. I came in after my car died and needed a jump just to get there. It turned out to be a dead battery, and Yousef took care of everything. The battery was on tight, but he stayed patient, worked through it, and got it done the right way. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful the whole time. I truly appreciate the effort—he went above and beyond. If you stop by this AutoZone on Telegraph in Redford, ask for Yousef. You’ll be in good hands.

  Very courteous. Checked my battery, found out starter needs replaced, now I know what's wrong with my old car Betsy 🥹 UPDATE: went and had my battery, alternator and starter retested (for free) I was so relieved to find out it was the battery 😏 a worker replaced the old one with a new one 🥹 $22 discount with exchange of the old battery...thx auto zone for treating me like family😇
