- SSSteve SartoriusApr 21, 20261.0Enterprise in Plymouth sent me here because they didn't have a car available but Redford said they had some. Plymouth got me an Uber and dropped me off at Redford. Redford told me I had to return the car to Redford while Plymouth told me I could drop it off in Plymouth. (Closer to my house.) Redford told me they would charge me $500 if I did that. Then Redford told me they didn't have any cars available and they couldn't drive me back because it was out of their range. I was stranded. I called the Plymouth location back and they offered to come get me thank God! The workers in Redford never left their seats or offered to help. Stay away from this location!
