We called in and the agent, (Harvey) was sympathice to our situation and made sure that we were all set up with the rental when we arrived. It took less than twenty mintures to get us out the door and to our car. He was nice enough to show my wife some of the new features on the car. The customer serivce again was stellar, and If I ahve to rent a car it will be here.

While having this random rental that I was stuck with, I called to ask to either trade or extend my rental, I spoke with GINA and she was so helpful, polite, and sweet... When I took the car in for drop off I was helped by ASHLEY, such a great worker, she got me outta there in record time. Those are the only two workers I can leave this review for. The rest of them wasn't the best to deal with.
