  I had rented a Penske truck from the dove road location to travel 8 miles back and forth from Port Huron to Kimball as my family and I moved. I rented it Monday afternoon, and returned it Wednesday afternoon at 10-10:30. My aunt followed me. I left my paperwork upside down in the truck and locked it. I put the keys in the lockbox. I was supposed to receive my $150 deposit back(according to one gentleman), and never did. So I called the location, and they told me not only am I not getting my money back, that I was also charged an extra $49. When I asked why, she said because I had it 3 days (had it less that 48 hours) and returned it to the royal oak location. When I said this was extremely incorrect, and I in fact returned it to the dove road location, she told me when she returned to office the next day that the truck was not there nor where the keys (there was a note on the door Wednesday stating that no one was in office.) When I told her about everything that was there when I dropped it off (truck parked sideways, and white note on the door) she said she doesn't know.. all she said was the truck nor keys where there when she came in Thursday and that no one has access to the lock box but her. She also claimed there was no cameras facing the trucks when I begged her to check the cameras. Something about this seems very fishy, and I really need that money back.... I'm balling right now... It's almost as if the truck was used for free as a favor for someone and was left under my name. I'm disgusted. I talked to the rental department, and the man on the phone said it was very odd that there is no cameras facing the rental trucks when people are dropping them off. Not accusing anyone, it’s just odd and does not add up or make sense. Apparently those boxes are designed to keep out thieves, yet she’s the only one who has a key to the box, and the truck and key where gone? I also have footage from my aunts dash came to show it was dropped off. I will also be filing a police report since the manager didn’t seem to concerned her truck wasn’t there.
