  This is the 3rd time we’ve tried the Belle Tire on Lapeer rd. Terrible customer service all 3 times. I rarely leave bad reviews , and always give places a second (sometimes 3) chances before writing them off. 1st time , husband was told all kinds of work needed done before getting tires, and wouldn’t put them on until they fixed other stuff . We were shocked because we just had the front end fixed . Took to a different shop and that was untrue ! Vehicle was fine , 2nd time , had appointment early am. Sat and waited over an hour before asking how much longer as my child had a sports tournament to be at . Was told about 30 more minutes. In the meantime, another irate customer came in and my vehicle was pulled out of the bay and there’s was pulled in. I still patiently waited another hour before going to the desk and asking, I was told once again I would be next about 30 more minutes. I went outside to get some air and saw that my car was not even pulled into a bay. It was still in the parking lot where they had left it. Long story short, four hours later after missing my child’s tournament, I did have tires and to top it off they lost my Lug nut key. 3rd Experience which will be the last, my husband took my vehicle in and was treated so rudely shortly after arriving that he left. We are not upset with the Belle Tire company as a whole or their products …it is this location that we will NEVER AGAIN go back to because of their the terrible customer service given on 3 separate occasions in a 5 year period.

  I only got air but I live that it's free and beeps when you've reached the proper psi

  Don’t buy your tires where you buy your milk? Had an issue at Sam’s club not having the tools to remove swollen lug nuts (yes, that’s a thing) even though they are a tire shop. Called and talked with Dave which told me “if it takes all day we will take care of you. We then review the invoice from Sam’s and was able to save me $250 on the same tires. This experience was great and earned a customer for life.

  Dave the store manager and his team installed my new michelin tires on my 2019 1794 4x4 Toyota Tundra today. Matched lowest price I found. I wanted a quiet tire, with great all around performance. I wasn't pressured to buy the most expensive tire. Every question patiently answered. Excellent communication and professional services provided in a timely manner. Very comfortable waiting area and big screen TV to help pass the time. No other tire shop in Port Huron Michigan does the job as good as Team McGraw
