- JHJoe HaynesDec 27, 20255.0Josh is the man! I had issues with my car battery that I had just purchased 10 months ago. He tested it and it shown it was ok, but my car still wouldnt start. Normally I would not have gotten the battery warranty because it tested ok, but Josh gave my another one because he explained that the test doesnt cover all of the potential problems with the battery. We put it in and it tested good. He said that if I have trouble again woth the battery down the road, I can take it in here or somewhere else and they'll figure it out. He told me to call the Port Huron store for assistance if I had trouble at other Auto Zones so he could explain the situation. I also sliced my hand changing the battery and he let me use the employee bathroom to get washed up. Great service, Josh takes pride in his job.
