When I asked for advice, she responded, “We don’t offer that kind of advice,” in what I perceived to be a dismissive and snotty tone. While I understand that certain services or guidance may not be provided, I believe customer inquiries should still be handled with courtesy and professionalism. A more respectful explanation would have made a significant difference in the interaction. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to help improve customer service experiences in the future
- JPJonathan P.Jan 27, 20265.0HUGE shoutout and love to Amanda here. Came with a window issue on my new 2026 car, no dealerships open because it was late after work. Window would barely roll up and I am clueless when it comes to vehicles, plus the 10 degree weather makes everything more difficult. I went inside to ask for help or advice and after listing some possible issues, Amanda decided to put on her jacket and come outside to help me try to pull it up to at least save me for the night. She not only quickly diagnosed the issue (window has fallen off the track lift), but she helped me get it up and closed slowly but surely with brute force. Throughout the entire process, Amanda was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Truly thankful for her as I was stressing out big time.

They used to install your battery which is what they told me when I asked to charge mine ..they told me they cannot take my battery out unless I purchase one. Today I purchased one and they told me they didn't install them...it was a week ago that they told me they did. So now they will no longer get my service!
