I bought a new one and Jonah was the service rep that helped me out. He was so kind, professional, and friendly from the start. He answered all my questions and GRACIOUSLY swapped my batteries out for me! Seriously, a real life saver because I know NOTHING about cars and had no idea what I was doing, but he made it so easy and effortless and I honestly can't thank him enough. Thank you, Auto Zone, for having such a wonderful employee like Jonah! He really helped me out in a pinch and saved my car and the day like a real superhero!🥹🥹
